Registration Deadlines: Please respond 30 days prior to preferred week and no later. Cost is $300 per camper. Rental horses available for an additional fee. CAMP DOES FILL UP FAST!!!
Recommended Clothing and Equipment: Pillow, sleeping bag, jacket, swimsuit, towels, raingear, play shoes, underwear, socks, jeans, sweater, dirty clothes bag, suntan lotion, insect spray, camera, flashlight, other personal items, riding boots and riding helmets are required to participate in camp. If you bring your own horse, include feed, tack, equipment and water pails!
Group Placement: You will ride as soon as you arrive and your horse has been inspected, to be placed in the correct group.
Stalling: Paddocks will be assigned by staff. Horse area will be patrolled at night by adult staff.
Camp Week: Monday Registration ( 1 - 4 p.m.) Please DO NOT arrive earlier. The highlight of the week is the HORSE FUN SHOW 6 p.m. Friday. Parents should arrive at 5:30 p.m. show will be held in an indoor arena. Food Stand on grounds.
Requirements: Campers are responsible for grooming, saddling, feeding and caring for their horse during camp week. Parents are expected to have medical insurance coverage on their camper. If your camper is injured or ill and needs medical attention outside the camp we will contact you. Spending Money: Tuition does not include money for crafts and snacks. Each camper may keep their spending money safe in the ranch store. Safety: Safety is paramount at the R&R Ranch. However, participation in camp and horse activities has inherent risks and injuries sometimes occur. With enrollment, parents acknowledge and accept this and agree to hold harmless the camp, its employees and owners against any claims, damages or injuries.
